- 监测是目前重症治疗中常见的临床行为，具有与诊断明显不同的特点和临床应用方式。监测
指标通常针对性地指向某个具体的生理位点，用定量的数值表示这个位点的即时情况；连续对这个位点进行
测量，指标数值的改变可以反映出生理变化或病情发展。如果临床采用针对性作用于这个位点的干预方法进
行治疗，那么，监测指标的数值就代表了干预的强度，数值的变化则代表了干预作用的方向，从而构成对干预
方法实施的反馈性调节。只有保证干预方法的精准实施，才有可能发挥出最佳的治疗效应。但是，监测本身
不是治疗，只有医务人员理解监测指标的特点，掌握临床监测的应用，监测才有临床应用的价值，才具有生命
的意义。
