测量,指标数值的改变可以反映出生理变化或病情发展。如果临床采用针对性作用于这个位点的干预方法进
行治疗,那么,监测指标的数值就代表了干预的强度,数值的变化则代表了干预作用的方向,从而构成对干预
方法实施的反馈性调节。只有保证干预方法的精准实施,才有可能发挥出最佳的治疗效应。但是,监测本身
不是治疗,只有医务人员理解监测指标的特点,掌握临床监测的应用,监测才有临床应用的价值,才具有生命
的意义。
